For some reason it only lets me put one item on the tray.. Anyone know a fix to this?

HI,
Why doesn't anything I in to my mods folder from this site appear in my game? I have added three files from this site and none of them show up in game, but the hundreds of download from other sites show up fine. Am I Putting them in the wrong place? Where EXACTLY do I put them?
