Hello! I build a rundown, industrial style building with night club, small shop and hotel rooms. The exterior is mostly made of old brick and it would match well with the industrial part of Belladona Cove. The lot has 4 floors, there's a club with a dancefloor and bar with entresol on the first/second level. On the third floor there's a small shop with some clothing and perfumes. I placed 4 hotel rooms with bathrooms and balconies on the second and third level. On the last floor your sims can chill a bit with poker, bubble machine and music. There are some outdoor places to sit too. The interior has mostly rustic brick walls with red accents. There are many red and pink neon lights to make this lot look more lively. Hope you'll like it!
