.

What has been changed:
  • I think the best feature of my modified version is private attics. I always liked to play in attic space when was young. And sims I guess would like it too. I utilised some space under high ridges. So there are now three extra rooms, two are next to upper bedroom and one room is above the children's room, for sims' hobby and play.
  • Garage is resized and has potential to house a vehicle. And there's an entrance from the house.
  • The bathroom in sunroom has been moved to make place there for reading nook.
  • I provided each room with at least one window to bring sunlight to grant custom lighting to work. There are still dark rooms but with sunbeam inside. All windows are visible in the facade. All faux windows have been removed. All space behind them is painted solid black.
  • One pool tile has been added, to make custom water shaders to work.
  • I retrieved wall tile which has been included in original file but has not been used.
  • I added some items for house pet.
  • Obviously with new various items, requirements increased to Ultimate Collection.

All CC was used is from original house. It's included
