Classic Georgian house designed for the Legacy of Mamba and Banana. It is obvious that some trick like Free Real State has to be applied, of course. The house is over 1,600,000 simoleons.

Since the Legacy prevents you from leaving the starting lot, the mansion has a very large family pantheon so you can always live with the ghosts of your past, be they pets or sims.

The house has practically everything a sim could need. The mansion is structured as follows:

- Basement: Family and pet pantheon, séance room, portrait room, magician's room and bathroom.
- First floor: Hall, reception room, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, family pantheon of the founders, family museum, gym, library, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
-First floor: 4 bedrooms, living room, terrace, 2 bathrooms.
-Exteriors: swimming pool, gardens, bar and conservatory.

Activate the trick bb.moveobjects on before installing the house so that no object disappears.
