Hello everyone! This is part two of the small gift I first shared with my simblr followers and I wanted to also share it to everyone here for all the support I have received since I started this MTS account.

I’m excited to introduce the Sim Service Specialist Career! This is my first time creating a career for The Sims 3 and I decided to go with the Call Center path which I was already familiar with due to my previous job working at one. This is a vanilla career; meaning no opportunities, events, books nor custom uniforms because those are a lot harder to deal with for a first timer.

This career was made with patch 1.42 and it should work for higher patches as long as you have the latest version of NRAAS Careers Mod. Please be advised that you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for this career to show up in the game, click here.

This career focuses mostly on the Charisma skill at the start, which then adds the Logic skill as the career advances to leadership roles. I have renamed all typical tones such as Power Work and Take It Easy, etc. and have added three custom tones called: Practice Call Scripts, Conduct Evaluation and Strategy Review that will increase charisma and logic respectively.

2. Representative- As a Representative, you're the Sim's hotline bling, ready to bring solutions with a sprinkle of charm—just don't be surprised if you start seeing plumbobs in your sleep!

3. Technical Representative- As a Technical Representative, you're the Sim's digital doctor, diagnosing their tech woes with the precision of a Sim performing a delicate surgery—just remember, rebooting isn't just for computers, sometimes Sims need it too!

4. Specialist- As a Specialist, you're the Sim's secret weapon, armed with knowledge sharper than a plumbob and problem-solving skills to rival even the most seasoned Simmer—just don't be surprised if Sims start mistaking you for a walking Simlopedia!

5. Team Lead Trainee- Get ready in training for a leadership role, shadowing team leads and gaining experience in managing Sim service teams. While you're not quite ready to lead the parade, you're marching confidently in the right direction, learning the ropes to lead your own Sim squad!

I have tested this career in my game, so far it is working and all scripts are showing up. This career has been live on my Tumblr for quite some time and I have not received any reported issues from users who have downloaded or played with it.
