With this mod, a Sim who has been directed by a player to work casually as a bartender, barista, or DJ on a community lot no longer stops doing their job when someone tries to interact with them. They will stop the interaction only when their needs are neglected, something important happens (e.g. fire), or a player directs them to do something else.

This mod requires at least one of the following packs: Open for Business, any newer expansion pack, any stuff pack. Without them, the interruption issue doesn't occur.

This mod is exactly the same as my pre-release mod simNopke-casualJobsFix. If you use it, you may simply change its file name.

Conflicts
Do not use this mod with Casual Jobs Fix by cedrigo. It's supposed to do the same as my mod but it causes problems with managers in owned businesses.

With caution, this mod may be used with Espresso Machine and Barista Improvements by jonasn. However, it will make my mod no longer affect baristas.
