This is great! Thank you for sharing!!! I've tried myself to build a water bungalow but sims kept swimming through the ground or sunbathing under water or walking high in the ski.

I have family in Corpus Christi, Texas, a beautiful beach town. This home reminds me so much of that area. Thanks!
