You don't need Pets! If you look at the end of the post it says:
"~*~This is No-Pets friendly thanks to the pets patch. enjoy!"

If the download doesn't work, make sure you open it with Sims2Pack Clean Installer :D

Oh, I understood it wrong. But, when I open it with Sims2Pack, it says I don't have the required EP. I have Uni and Nightlife. Same happened with the previous sim Kreiss uploaded here..

Your whole post/download looks awfully similar to Stefan. I know you got permission with the skintone, but you seemed to have copied their post style and style of in game pictures.
Please list the expantion packs/stuff packs needed for your downloads and give credit where it's due. It does make a difference.

The default pic is alike really but I do not think Kreiss has stolen something.
I adore such kind of skintones and glad to have some modified too

I don't think there is anything wrong with that as like you said she does give credit to @Stefan. And by post style...it looks like the same as many and just because the in game pictures look the same doesn't mean anything. It just means they're both talented at picture taking and the way @Stefan shows the details in his pics it works well.

But it is a beautiful and unique looking sim. Just what I need.
