The link to the earrings works fine for me. Maybe try to google "xmsims" and then go to sims2/skins/accessory/p.6/first earrings.
The link to the dress mesh also works, maybe you visited the site when she was just uploading new stuff, so try again or google it.
As for the nails, I've got the mesh from her previous site and it looks like she hasn't updated the "manicure"section on her new site. I think Lulu must try to survive without her purple nails.
