I got the house plan from here http://www.eplans.com/default.hwx , they have some great plans but i did an easy one since it's my first upload.

also on the sims, where do you find the house that you have created or do you need to install Sims 2 Homecrafter?

You dont need Sims 2 Homecrafter, i dont even have that downloaded.And here's the house plan i did http://www.eplans.com/house-plans.h...-context.browse
i just wanted a one story so i did'nt add the downstairs and had to do the garage different.
