They wont show up in my game. Do they need an expansion pack?

I see no one answered MonoChaos so I'll ask also - do these walls need an expansion pacK? I can't see them in my game either.

It's good when you can answer your own question. The safe answer is you need University at the very least. You can see the whole tutorial here - http://ambertation.de/simpeforum/viewtopic.php?t=1751 but I think that the info about non ep fencing should be posted AT THE TOP instead of the last post, so that people can read this BEFORE they try to create new fences.
Once the can is open - The worms are free!
