It's a good attempt.
But, the cheeks are too chubby. Lips are too small. And her skintone is too dark.

It needs work, but.
It's not horrible.

its good but i agree with dbzfan, the skin is too dark, chubby cheeks, tiny mouth. also i noticed that she has BLONDE eyebrows when they should be pink its good but needs some work. also, try to get her ninja headband ^^
