This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Crashing when Playing on Community Lots Only
Hi simmers, I really need your help. I've been having issues with playing community lots. Everything loads fine and playing on the lot isn't the issue. However, if I'm on a community lot for 5-20 mins (especially downtown), the game will freeze and terminate (or if I use the cheat to increase Sims on lot). It also freezes when witches join the lot. On residential lots, everything is fine and I can play for as long as I want without crashing. I don't have pink soup either.  I have the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection.

What I've Tried:
- 4GB patch already installed via Lazy Duchess RPC launcher
- Empty Standby List
- Lowering lot view size / view distance in-game

I already applied graphics rules maker and I'm using Lazy Duchess RPC launcher. My GPU is NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti. I set the texture memory size to 3976 MB. I would be super thankful if anyone can help me out on this problem. I'm open to trying ANYTHING.
