This is collection is so useful but I was wondering, is there an easy way to make it available in community lots? My question has two reasons: 1) these would be useful in community lots 2) it would be great to make residential objects available in community lots via collection folders.

I am so excited about this. I just can't wait to try it. I am always looking and looking for things. Especially in the decoration folder. Can we add things to the folders? I really need some organization!

Yes there's an easy way of changing a collection to a community collection, it does involve some editing in SimPe, here's how you do it:

1. Create a copy of the collection file you want to change.
2. open your collection file copy in SimPE 3. look for the Collection file and select it.
4. Look in plugin view for the line that says: type (dtstring) = collection and change it to type (dtstring) = communitylotcollection
5. Press the Commit button & save your collection file

You now have a collection file that works in community lots, just follow the same procedure with other residential collection files you want changed

Slowed my computer down.
Really down.
Basically made me unable to play the game w/o restarting the computer.
