Rebecah,your animated animals are marvellous.
What you did is a MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH in modding. As far as I know, nobody is able to do it better ,at the present time.
I am sure the animations will be improved ... in the future. If creators would wait until their items are 100% perfect, their would not be one single chair to download on the entire net.

A lot of people are waiting for this since the beginning of sims2.
Bravo Becky!

You have made your place inside the top ten for good!

Wow! These are soo cool! I have had to rely on statues until now (Not that they are bad - I love them! GREAT for piccies :D) Anyway, thanks alot for these! Just wondering...Will you be making any more animals to ride? I really liked these and I hope to see more in the future! :D

I played with the horse, and I must say it is amazing!
I am having a few glitches as demon puppy said. The sim would disappear and the horse would change color after done riding, but overall it works excellent!
Thank you so much for this horse!

The sims disappearing I have added info at the top of the post. I think if you try directing the sims to do something else it will work better for you. I believe it happens when the animation is canceled, but I'm not positive.

The color change is something all of my rideable items do. I'm so sorry I'm just not able to figure out what causes this yet. I have looked over the code and looked it over many times I just don't see why this happens.

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to comment and leave your reports. I really appreciate this very much.

I noted that first. I so called it.

But anyway, no download is perfect...
Eventually, after many failures and very bad attempts at doing things, a great thing will appear. Hopefully a rideable horse with no bugs (I can dream can't I?)

Yes you did and I should have thanked you for that! Thanks! Your post and an email I received prompted me to add the information concerning this issure at the top of my main post.

I am working on this issue and will post a new version as soon as it is ready.

Thanks again! I really appreciate your taking the time to report and comment.

love the look of these horses, I put one in my game and it glided sideways and that sort of thing, did I load it wrong or is this how the movements are?

do you think if we downloaded ALL the poses from Dragon Slaves horse that the animations would be better? It's an AWESOME creation, I've been waiting for one for ever! haven't yet downlaoded it though... I just wanted to know if the riding animation is like the video on youtube? It's still awesome anyway! Thank you SOO much!

imogen3 - are you finding the horse under knowledge/exercise?

It sounds like you are finding Dragon Slaves original horse if you are only getting the view option.

It makes a difference as to the direction of your lot. I'm not sure but some lots the horse has to face the mailbox and other lots it's left side has to face the mailbox. This is something I do not know how to control yet.

Rebecah

I've been watching your progress in the animation threads as I'm trying to learn to do animation myself. I have learned so much as you've been working on your animals!! I truly recognize and appreciate all the hard work that has gone into these creations. The number of joints alone would've scared me away from a project of this magnitude and then you went made them rideable too!!!. I'm truly in awe and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the job you've done!!

Truly Amazing - thank you so much for sharing ALL your creations with us!!!!

Yes, it's not perfect. I've just that I've had so many requests for this horse so I've posted it and explained that it's what I have so far. I am working on it more but to create good animations with the tools available is incredibly hard, and take hours and hours of work.

To create a pose is very easy, but creating a smooth looking animation is totally different story.
