Please contact me Dr Pixel! I want to find out how you managed to add the shoe mesh. I want to make new shoe meshes for TS2 and they'll all be lower poly. I'll use some of my TS1 meshes but they'll be altered. I made many shoes for Simskins and I want to add to that list. Don't worry I'll try to keep the detail high since you can actually see the shoes in this game.
