I am back

So a little while after my 5 pet creations, I really never made anything new or even logged into this site.
Sims 3 came out, and after buying it I decided I'd come back to find out if there is any custom content for it already.

Anyways, if they ever release a pets expansion for it, I shall create, or recreate some pets for it. If not, then I'm I can always take requests for Sims 2 pet creations. However it is unlikely that I will create any more pets for the sims 2, unless they are by request, as I cannot think of anything that has not already been made.

Now for my opinions on the Sims 3 game:

I do very much enjoy gameplay and being able to navigate an entire town without having loading screens everywhere I go, but I did prefer when one could see inside all buildings in the sims 2, rather than having your sim disappear inside it.

As for sim creation, the body shape and personality traits added in do prove to be a great addition. However when it comes to creating sims, I find it very difficult to adjust facial features, and they all seem to have puffy faces with odd looking eyes and lips, regardless of how long I take creating them.

One last and very important issue, which I am sure many people are having to deal with, is screen resolution. My tv (which I use as a monitor) looks best at 720p. It can handle 1080i but the screen flickers tremendously. Sims 2 was able to support many screen sizes, and at the very least one could go into the games files and adjust it themselves. Hopefully there will be some kind of a patch or a fix in an expansion pack to allow support for more screen sizes.

So, that is all I have to say. For now I will stick to the Sims 2, as I am beginning to feel rather annoyed by the Sims 3, mainly with the screen resolution issue.
