*Jan/16/2024 Upd: I loved decorating these apartments, my favorite room is the genderful kids bedroom, which emulates a tiny fantasy town/village with a castle(s), it was fun to decorate; I wish you find these furnished apartments useful to your sims personalities, sims stories, etc; thank you for downloading it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did decorating it.x

Earlier this year I uploaded "Central District Apartments"; this is the 2.0 version of those, feel free to call these townhouses rather than apartments. Since I didn't want to delay the release of this lot, I decided to upload the unfurnished version first, so you can take the freedom to furnish it with your favorite custom content; additionally I added two versions, the lot one, so you can edit the interior walls and the apartment version, so you can go ahead move your sims and furnish it as you wish. As you can see in the last two pictures I added a furnished bathroom so you can have an idea of what my interior design style is.
