Two versatile hotels ideal for vacations
1x1 corner lot and beach lot

these are two tower hotels created and designed for neighborhoods that are small or
have limited remaining space. Ideal for those who want to send the sims on vacation by facilitating maneuverability.

Miramar Hotel - Beach lot

This hotel has six rooms available for lodging, one of which is a penthouse located on the top floor and the other rooms include several single and double beds, each with their respective bathrooms and balconies where the dining rooms are located, they also include television. Some rooms have a sofa or armchair for visitors.
On the first floor is the hotel reception which has what is necessary for the hosting function. Other than the front door you have a back door out to the backyard.
The beach area has a sauna, hot springs, vegetation and beach furniture.
To test the compatibility and adaptability of the beach lot it was first built on a custom neighborhood template and then finished building on the in-game neighborhood template called Desiderata Valley (not the in-game neighborhood).
Therefore, its placement in this neighborhood or its template doesn't have inconveniences, it can also be placed in the Three Lakes vacational neighborhood.
however, remember that because they are beach lots, they modify the terrain and the objects located in the beach area may appear sunken or raised, which can be corrected with the hand tool.

Miramar Hotel - 1x1 Corner lot

This hotel has three guest rooms with single and double beds, bathrooms, television, and dining rooms on the balconies.
Although this lot has half of the apartments in relation to the one described, it includes areas depending on the objectives of a vacation trip, such as a sauna located on the fifth floor, in which there is also a recreation room with a Mahjong table. The hotel reception is on the first floor with the necessary objects for lodging. The hotel was created on a corner lot to avoid inconveniences with the arrival of the tour helicopter.
