This is my two sotry house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It has a pool and a garage, and if you have the furnished version, an out-door kitchen.
There is only maxis objects, so I left an unfurnished version for those who have good computers that can actually handle custom content.
It is on a 3x3 lot. UNF(unfurnished) costs 49,931 and the F(furnished) costs 227,223.
