I love this! Been waiting for something like this for awhile. And thanks for the Sim links. The only two I have ever found are Rachael and Monica.

With the apartment life exp you can make this even better, just enter in build mode, replace the doors with apartment doors and change the lot to apartment base, that's what I did in my game and it's more fun playing this way I think
