For the last 32 years the Harbour Heights was synonymous with drug dealers and prostitution. The area was in a horrible state of decay. Number 1 Harbour Heights (also known as Dereliction House) was rumoured to be a brothel that rented out rooms by the hour... However it was never conclusively proven (well, actually the previous mayor was apparently a regular customer - I mean visitor...) For many a travelling sailor, it was their first (and last) stop
before sailing off on long fishing expeditions.

Harbor Heights prior to Urban Renewal Project


In 2006, the mayor of Pleasantview, Mortimer Goth, tired of the drug trade and moral decay of the the area declared that he would raise the funds required for a new, rejuvenated beachfront. And this ladies and gentlemen is the first glimpse of things to come. No. 1 Harbor Heights has retained its core structure, but is now an ultra modern seaside home. It was designed by world famous artist, Darren Dreamer for his beautiful bride, Brandi. But now she's run of with his son, Dirk... so Darren wants to sell it asap!

The home boasts magnificent views of the Simpacific Ocean and features living on two levels. The round floor floor features a family sized kitchen, formal dining area, full bath, living room and study. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a small family/play area. There is ample space outdoors for entertaining as well as parking for two vehicles.

The home is unfurnished except for the kitchen and bathrooms. It also includes all light fixtures, burglar alarm and smoke detector. There is room for expansion, as the home can be extended to the front , rear as well as skywards!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
