No expansions or custom content used in the making.



I've included kitchen and bathroom needs.

Built on a 3x3 lot. The front takes up most of the backyard space, but still enough room for a garage/pool.





I know the roof above the door looks a little awkward but I kinda like it. :d

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
