Do you need a haunted mansion in your neighborhood.
The Biltmore Estate was built in the early 1800s as a home for Cornelia, and Gunther Goth. They didn’t die in the house but the Parents of Cornelia did. The entire west wing of the house went up in flames, engulfing the Goth family, however luckily for Cornelia who coincidentally went to check the mail during the incident, kept alive. Cornelia then married Gunther and bought there own estate and soon died in it. But the Story here is why is the Biltmore Estate Haunted? Cornelia did not die in the house; it was her parents and her younger two brothers that hold a grave stone in the family court yard before the east wing of the house. The Biltmore Estate at London has been restored and has been accessible to Sims that come and go on account that the place is haunted. As before the old centric house was built in the old days, there is no TV, or other things of such in the house. The house has been known as a spot of trespassing so it has been fitted with a security alarms in its north and south entrance. Even though there have been rumors heard of the house being engulfed in flames, the house has never been fitted with fire alarms. The fire was said to have started in the central wing of the upstairs chapel. Enjoy
The House is built in Georgian Colonial House Style Style. It contains:

Bedrooms Corresponds to old style Architecture with bathrooms below
Alarms and phones are placed in respectful areas.

Oh Yeah and to help the story along please take some time and have 4 Sims die by fire according to the story, and place there graves in the court yard in front of the house. Because I didn’t upload any dead Sims, not even sure if that’s aloud.
Note: The file may read 149 Zoo Lane, but it’s the Biltmore, Sorry. We will just add that to the story and say that the Biltmore resided at 149 Zoo Lane before and still is, but how… 60 Minute Stories after this commercial.
