Mini update: Squinge's hack is now also discontinued, but Numenor's (highly recommended) one is being actively maintained here:

----------
IMPORTANT NEWS: (04 Mar 07) Based on the BHAV diff to seasons, this file will likely conflict with autonomous sleep code in Seasons. My intention at this time is to discontinue support for this hack, as Squinge has made a complete set of hacks which allow options about when sims can sleep on community lots. You can get his version here. I recommend removing the version from this post (as it will conflict) and installing one of those linked to above.
Thanks for your interest everyone, but (a) I prefer making object hacks to global hacks, and (b) there's not much point in having several people maintaining equivalent global hacks!
---
Pets update (05 Nov 06): The old version of this hack is not compatible with pets, and can cause "sinking pet syndrome" if your dog or cat is very tired! Please update to the latest version of this hack if you have installed or are planning to install pets. This is still considered a "testing" mod, but should now be compatible with any combination of OFB and Pets installed. IF YOU HAVE PETS, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION!
---
Edit: Changed the required fatigue level for visitors so they'll sleep *before* complaining about being tired and leaving the lot. That should make visitors sleep properly on lots.
---
I noticed this evening that for some reason, OFB sims have been forbidden from sleeping in beds on community lots. This is very irritating.
This hack allows user controlled sims to sleep on beds placed on a community lots same as at home. Visitors to the lots (both community and home) should also be able to autonomously sleep in the beds, which is good for all the OFB hotel makers.
I have run this hack in my game, but unexpected side effects are still a possibility. If you notice any such unexpected side effects, please let me know!
Enjoy!

About Me
Everything I have made is free for anyone to use, modify and share in whatever way they see fit. If you want to make something new out of it, you can. If you want to include it on a lot and share that, you can. If you want to sell it completely unmodified as part of a collection, then yes, you can. It's all good. My only request is that if you are sharing my work in an unmodified or barely modified form, please include credit.
