Personally when I play, I play single sims or a couple, don't like large families, I always make big mess when I have more then two LOL.

these are fantastic,i am just like you for the playing than the building, its so annoying that your sims are either super rich or super poor to be able to get houses, and not many of the affordable houses are more then one bed roomed i have many sims wanting to start family but by the time they have earned enough to afford that little three bed there ready for retirement, now my sims can have the famillys they long for and the time to watch them grow thank you again

I used both these houses like crazy before my computer crashed. I thought I had everything, and man, I'm glad I realized what I was missing.

I would love to see the others you mentioned!
