Summary:

Nightlife expansion pack is required. This house was built, furnished, and decorated with a family in mind. Most furnishings, floors, and walls were taken from the "quaint" collection that came with the game. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) live in the house for nearly a week. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.

Description:

-PRICE: 123,327

-YARD: Front yard has some shrubs and a couple trees. Back yard is fenced. Lower back yard has a grill, 3 patio tables, 6 chairs, 2 swings, 2 garden gnomes, and the "expensive" telescope. Upper back yard has a pond surrounded by trees.

-1ST FLOOR: 2 car garage with a flight of stairs that lead directly to the 2nd floor (good for vampires). Fully furnished activity room (place for the kids to have fun and make noise without disturbing the rest of the household).

-2ND FLOOR: Large living room, and large eat-in kitchen. Both are fully furnished and decorated. 1 bathroom, also fully furnished.

-3RD FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, fully furnished and decorated. Intended for up to 2 adults, and up to 3 children/teens. 1 bathroom, also fully furnished.

-4TH FLOOR: Attic for storing all of those things you just don't use anymore! It's not decorated (what attic is?), but it is furnished in a haphazard atticy sort of way. Currently contains a coffin, dresser, card table, chairs, and some toys. Large enough to be converted into a fourth bedroom.

Redistribution Policy:

If I see it on your website, I promise not to whine at you, fill up your inbox with idle threats of law suits, or troll your LJ. This lot may be redistributed any way you see fit, with or without credit to Alice Hertz. If you are going to make it available on a pay site, free access would be appreciated.

Feedback: Constructive criticism is welcome. I'm aiming to improve.
