Hi folks, for my Sims2 debut ( :howdy: ), I thought I'd share a house that has been in my dreams for close to a decade now, finally taken (virtual) form. I fully intend to build a house much like this... someday.

It can be yours for a "low low price"[tm] of only 93,500 simoleons.

It's an unholy mating of a Cape Cod with an A-Frame, with as much glass as I could cram into the walls. Two stories (plus basement), five bedrooms (two large, three small), and three full bathrooms. There's a large solarium, perfect for parties and (large) family gatherings. The master bedroom has a private bath and access to a 2nd story patio, a great place for stargazing.

The pool is surrounded 2/3s by a privacy fence and 1/3 by a safety fence, to prevent unsupervised access by children. There's a roomy sandlot for children to play in, and a spacious yard perfect for a wild game of tag.

Other than the baths and the fireplace, the house is totally unfurnished and other than the pool, quite unlit.

Because I didn't really know what to do with that much space, the basement has been partitioned off into a pair of (unfinished) bachelor apartments each with private entry, but the space can easily be converted to a finished basement.

There's no custom content or hacks (I checked), but I'm not really sure if there's any EP1 content or not, since I've never played the game without university installed. [Edit: Based on an anecdotal report (see below), apparently there may be EP1 content included.]
