Mini Modern Majesty

Are you looking for a small home that still has room for everything you love? The Mini Majestic Mansion might be for you! This compact and modern home has a modular design that is reminiscent of repurposed shipping container homes. The windows give light and space to the rooms all the rooms. The first floor has everything you need to entertain your guests, including a half bathroom by the stairs.

The bedroom upstairs is mellow and yellow and there is a ladder to the attic for extra space. Also on the second floor is a open balcony which leads into a private study which sits above the carport. The house is tied together by a complementary palette of blues and greens between the two units.

The house is pre-furnished ready for 1-2 sims to occupy and fill up with new memories of their own!
The small 20x10 lot comes from the mini lots by Andi8104 and MaryLou with the Sunnyside version by aelflaed.

The lot contains minimal CC.
The shower is The Coloratura backless version by HugeLunatic
The Ladder is the Simler90 edit of Marvine's Just a Ladder which is a clone of Targa's ladder stairs.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
