A sim's eyelashes will now match the color of their eyebrows and this color can then be changed with mascara, hooray!

I think we can all agree that the basegame lashes are pretty bad. The retexture by Potatobuttcheeck and mesh default by Judson do make them look a lot better, but it has still always annoyed me how the lashes are pitch black. Which looks especially bizarre on child and male sims with a light hair color. So after some experimenting I discovered a really simple fix, so simple that I'm actually surprised EA didn't do it like this!

What I did
All it took was changing the shader of the eyelash meshes from SimEyelashes to SimHair and adding a white rectangle to the textures of the eyebrows and eyeliners. As such, this mod coincidentally also fixes eyelashes on the 64-bit Mac version of Sims 3, which broke the SimEyelashes shader.

Mascara
The base game and World Adventures eyeliners will now have an additional color channel to change the color of your sim's lashes, AKA mascara. There's also a package with an eyeliner that will only apply mascara. If you have MasterController Integration you can enable the Multiple Makeup Per Location setting, which allows you to overlay the mascara with any CC eyeliner.

What's inside the packages
The components of this mod are in separate packages and not all are required.
What is required is the default replacement eyelash meshes. These come in two varieties: regular and Judson. The Judson variety includes bottom eyelashes and is an edited version of Judson's eyelash replacement mesh.
Next are the default replacement eyebrow textures, which let the lashes match the brow color. These textures are originally by Simple Life. I have no plans for an EA textures version, but let me know if you really do want one and I'll consider it.
Next are the eyeliner replacements, which add another color channel so you can recolor the lashes separately from the eyebrows. Included is a package for the World Adventures eyeliners.

Included CC brows
Also included are custom content eyebrows, which are optional. I have made 105 of my favorite CC brows compatible with this mod by editing the textures. Out of respect for the original creators 32 of these are overrides and require the original package. These have 'Override' in the filename and need to be put in your Overrides folder. The other 73 packages do not require the original. These are brows by defunct creators or by creators who have stated in their TOU that it's alright to share these edits. Please take a look at the overview below.

(In)compatibilities
This mod is compatible with any face overlay/sclera default replacement that includes a texture for the eyelashes. Please note that a lot of eye defaults that replace the face overlay don't include an eyelash texture. The (in my opinion) best looking lash texture and the one featured in the previews is by Potatobuttcheeck. Here's a link to my eye default that includes it.
This mod is incompatible with anything that overrides the same mesh and texture files.
Will this mod work with CC eyebrows? Yes and no. The eyelashes should look fine with incompatible CC brows, they just won't match in color.
Also please make sure to clear your caches and WorldCaches!

Info for creators
Making your CC eyebrows or eyeliners compatible with this mod is super easy! Just include THIS in your texture. This will have no impact on those who do not have this mod installed. For CC eyeliners there's one extra step: change the OverlayPriority in the CASP resource to 0x00000073 (tutorial here). Don't hestitate to ask me any questions and be sure to let me know if you've made your CC compatible so I can link it here!

Credits
Thanks to Judson for his bottom eyelash mesh! The improved version included in this mod has fixes to the vertex IDs. I've also trimmed a tiny bit off the bottom inner corner of the lashes, to make them look more natural and because that bit got distorted with certain eye shapes. Original found here.
Thanks to Simple Life for the eyebrow textures. Definitely the best looking default out there! If you already have it installed then be sure to remove the original package so it doesn't conflict: SLU_Sims3_DefaultBrowsAll. Original found here.
Thanks to the creators of all the CC brows that I have made compatible. Links in the overview.
Skin in previews by Kurasoberina found here.
Eyes in previews by me found here.

Resources overriden
VirtualHugs_Def_Eyelashes_ColorLash & VirtualHugs_Def_Eyelashes_Judson_ColorLash overrides all eyelash geom resources (LOD0 & LOD1). By default toddlers don't have eyelashes when playing at lower graphics settings. The Judson version fixes this with a clever trick, which involves overriding the LOD1 teeth and face geom resources.
VirtualHugs_Def_Eyebrows_SLU_ColorLash overrides all eyebrow texture and thumbnail resources. The hairless brow options needed some extra work, as such the CASP, XML and TXTC resources for these have also been overridden.
VirtualHugs_Def_Eyeliners_ColorLash & VirtualHugs_Def_WA_Eyeliners_ColorLash both override all eyeliner texture, thumbnail, CASP and XML resources.
