Then have these victorian/edwardian inspired CAS items-- 2 waistcoat tops for the teen to elder feminine frame, one with long sleeves and one with rolled sleeves, and a skirt that matches. Available for everyday, party, hot weather, cold weather, and formal. Base game compatible. Disabled for random.
Recolor as you like, just gimme some credit for all the frankenmeshing.
