A house comfortable enough for a decent family on one floor, the main entrance is cozy enough for outdoor chats, once you enter there is a study at the main entrance for your young teenage sims to study, on the right side there is a living room while you relax watching movies or playing video games, in the kitchen there is a sort where you can store kitchen stuff and a table with plenty of room for 8 members without sacrificing so much space.

The was built before I put sims in and made sure to clean it properly.

This house was made with the Lamare mod, it allows you to freely place objects like the sims 4.
