I was in the mood to build again today, so I couldn't resist building this little Victorian house I found on COOL house plans. I'm sorry that the lot had to require Pets, but it was necessary to get the roof angles. The good news is that you don't have to have Nightlife to add the car and garage, as those are available on the exchange under "Objects". I could not include them in the lot, as they were just too big. I also recommend using the invisible driveway recolors by roddyaleixo. Anyway, I hope you like the new addition to the Small Street series.
