Hello ladies and gentlesims,

How is everyone today?

Well today I have a wonderfully, elegant, Country victorian for you.

Quite a bit of the country has been pulled out of this particular cottage. Leaving you with just the outside look and feel of a country farmhouse but the indoor feel of a modern suburban home, just like all sims seem to like these days.

There is no dining room perse in this particular house but the living room is quite large and there is a breakfast bar between the living room and the large kitchen. The bedrooms are fairly large as well and of equal size great for a room mate situation or a new family that wont mind having the children bunk together for a couple of days.

There also is no driveway on this lot but just to the left of the house there is plenty of room for one.
