This is an old project of mine that I just got to finish yesterday and I'm really proud of the results.
This city is LARGE. Plenty of lots including apartment buildings, houses and community lots.

World size: Large (2048x2048)
Number of lots: 158
Residential: 86
Community: 72

There are 100 Sims living in Triada by default, in 33 households!
No supernatural Sims! (ie. Fairies, Witches, Vampires, Werewolves)

Aliens... YES!


Must-have mods in order to tun this world smoothly:
*NRaas Error Trap
*NRaas Debug Enabler
*NRaas Overwatch
*NRaas Master Controller
*NRaas Story Progression

*RegulSaveCleaner(yes, it's a big world and a regular cache clear-out is essential to avoid the dreaded Error Code 12)

Known issues from play-testing:

- in some places there are black patches on the snow (Diamond Hill and the Industrial zone are especially bad - I tried to fix it but couldn't do it so it's best to just ignore it or disable snow altogether if it bothers you ; not a game-breaking issue, just an eyesore)
- sometimes sims will run through the Arcade basement in order to get to the carpool/taxi, but they do not get stuck.(only applicable if your active sims live in the building across the Arcade)
- some fishing spawners on the fishing spots don't seem to be accessible for some reason. Might have something to do with being on world water instead of ponds, but I'm not sure. They can be moved around with moveobjects/buydebug.

Updates and fixes:
- Sims!!!
- Fixed the broken intersection on Diamond Hill. It now should run smoothly with no unnecessary turns.
- Fixed the lot edges on the problematic lots.
- Fiddled with the routing for a bit.
- The gym now has showers! Wooo!
April 15'th
- Breeze Rowhouses are now fixed, unlocked and accessible from the outside for those unlucky sims who live in them and can't find their keys.
- No more hooked, lined and sinkered when trying to fish from the fishing spots. At least, now we have less fishing spawners on the lots and more of them outside on the big water.
