Hello and welcome!

So like every adult in their 20s I'm dreaming of my own place. And since living in an apartment (like most people here do since I live in a city) is too boring and includes having neighbours living literally all around you (introvert with social anxiety here, hi hello) I dream of owning my own land with my own house.

So this is basically what I imagine my (hopefully) future house to look like. The overall looks and the floorplan were inspired by an actuall project I found online, made by a company that built us this house.

The original project looked like this:

It was chosen simply because it's pretty and it's one story. Because I'm too lazy to clean more than one floor lol. Plus, since this house is meant for me and myself only, I don't really need that much space anyway.

There's one bedroom, one bathroom, a really pretty living room (seriosly, I'm very proud of it), and an office/art room. The yard is filled with a pool, a couple of chillin' zones, a pond, a garage with an attached shed to keep all the garden clutter in, and lots of bushes. I really tried my best to keep it minimalistic (especially because even tho I love plants, I suck at taking care of them ) but I can't do minimalism to save my life lol.

The lot size is 40x30.
The price is 127.597.

No CC included/used, the Mini Cooper seen on images is there simply because I dream of one.
Tho I highly recommend having the Perfect Garden mod (I don't remember where it can be found because it just randomly spawned in my downloads folder one day, and now I can't live without it, but basically it makes your plants stop growing into some ugly mess) since plenty of bushes were placed off grid and with moveobjects on. Plus it's well known how dumb the hired gardeners can be lmao.

Also, going back to the "off grid" thing, I can't 100% promise that everything on this lot is reachable/functional, but it can be easily fixed just by moving things around .

Tis' all, have a nice one!
